Rate includes 20% VAT and for 45 minutes and one session only.  This includes email the map and a remote session to install. Includes throttle tuning.

For UK working hours 10am until 4.30 pm Monday – Friday Only

This payment is for additional work to reprogram a controller for a change of use – new motor like QS165 or KO motor or visa versa. Or change the type of battery use (Going from 60v to 72v). This will involve sending new “Map” to your email address on the device (mobile phone- pad) that will be used to connect to your bike. We then upload the new map and tune it specifically for your bike/motor including throttle tuning.

This service is free if the new battery or motor was bought direct from Electron Cycles.

This is not for warranty work, not related to manufacture or initial set up (first install support is free). We will also calibrate your throttle.

When you buy our kit we give free initial support to make your bike work and free support to analyze any  issues. Controllers do not “lose a tune”, but things will need to be re-mapped if you change your motor type or battery voltage, motor swap, battery voltage swap etc.

On receipt of Payment we will send you full set up details within 24 hrs via email – Please read these carefully and remember to restart your device. We can not work on an iPhone and make phone calls at the same time. Android is preferred (no issues with phone calls).

To give you support we will need to remote onto your media device.

You will need a good working internet connection.

Support will only be available after the  software has been installed on your media device (ASI on a mobile phone or tablet )

Failure to follow the instructions, may require the termination of your session.

This is for a one time  session of 45 minutes only

All support work is undertaken by an authorized  ASI Dealer and Hybrid Vehicles IMI Level 3 qualified engineer
