Torp TC500 Controller Talaria Sting MX3 MX4 R is made to upgrade your Talaria Sting (All models) e-bike to an electric beast, be it on the road or at the tracks!
Only Torp controlers can talk to the OEM battery BMS and allow more power output WITHOUT undertaking a BMS Bypass – sensational!!
FOC technology assures the smooth and predictable power-curve from the beginning to the end of the ride. In combination with a custom 72V battery, you will be able to boost the power of your e-bike up to 25kW! (limited to 11Kw for this battery)
Plug & Play in the true meaning of words. No previous knowledge of electronics is needed to install. Just follow the installation manual and you are set to go in less than 20 min! We did all the tiresome tuning and configuration for you, so you don’t have to.

TC500 controller is compatible with both versions of the stock display (L1 E & the off-road version). Both speed and the distance are displayed on it. For the additional options, like battery monitoring and settings, you will have to use your smartphone or buy a Torp Display, that is sold separately. This is a plug&play controller that needs no previous knowledge of electronics and programming for installation and setup. Everything needed for successful installation is included in the box.

Use your Torp TC500 and set it to 180A DC (for ASI can be set at 11000W) and phase max at 440A. You will have a safe and genuine fast bike that will give heaps of range and fun. The battery is very similar design as its fast brother, but using a different cell and configuration to give maximum range without being crazy tall. We have given this battery a huge range. Perfect for trail riding or long distance commuting.
These are designed to run you controller or for bikes that are set at 180A DC 440A phase.
Please note on L1e Bikes, orange warning lights will flicker on the main display (we cover them up and they have no effect on the bike) and a small error code will appear on the display – there is no fix for this. Use the voltmeter included to know battery state of charger – empty at 48V
If this battery is to be used by a third party controller, Max setting 180A. DC Phase 440PhA, Watts 11000 (but not continuous)
This will work not work with your original OEM Talaria conttoler.
High Power Talaria Battery Samsung 21700 cell, with ANT bluetooth BMS (works on IOS and Android) designed to fit inside the Talaria battery compartment utilizing the existing battery tray. The Cells are genuine branded cells specifically designed for large capacity storage and reliability.
The whole battery is fitted in hand made stainless steel 316 case designed to handle those inevitable and hopefully not painful “Offs” with hard off road rides and giving masses more protection. The casing is powder coated inside and out.
For bike that do not have a display to show voltage, We include a handlebar mounted display to be located on the throttle side. Simply plug into the charge port of the battery when riding.
The battery is a very tight fit. Some customers simply add 3mm of washers under the battery compartmnet lid catch, but you may prefere either an after market battery lid or discounted seat rising kit:

When connecting the battery to the bike and to avoid a spark. Turn the red trip switch on the bike to off.
